PlayStock is operated by CHIMBONETWORK GROUP. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use PlayStock web, PWA, mobile apps, virtual trading, investor community, education, competitions, payments, and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as name, username, email, phone number, region, country, profile photo, investor profile details, login/session data, device data, language preference, and support messages. We also collect virtual portfolio activity, watchlists, simulated trades, posts, comments, likes, reports, competition activity, learning progress, rewards, and app usage analytics.

Payments And Wallets

PlayStock currently provides virtual trading and education. Where virtual packages, subscriptions, rewards, or paid features are enabled, payment processing may use third-party providers such as PayIn.co.tz, mobile money providers, card processors, or other payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process data under their own policies.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver virtual trading, personalize feeds, run competitions, provide AI-assisted education, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, send notifications, process support requests, improve product quality, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Notifications

Notifications are optional. You may enable or disable market alerts, portfolio updates, community activity, learning reminders, and account notices from the app or browser notification controls.

Community And Public Content

Posts, comments, profile details, investor rankings, stock discussions, and competition results may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the feature you use. Do not post private financial, identity, account, or payment information in public areas.

AI Features

AI features may process questions, portfolio summaries, market context, and app activity to provide educational explanations. AI output is informational only and is not licensed investment, brokerage, tax, or legal advice.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, token-based authentication, local secure storage where available, rate limiting, moderation, logging, and abuse detection. No internet service is completely risk-free.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or account support by contacting chimbonetwork@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
